I used this company to move my family from London to California and will never do so again. We have moved a total of at least 15 times internationally and have never had such bad service from the quote to unpacking or rather the lack of unpacking. The quote was wrong by about 8,000sterling. They only mentioned the increase in price once they had our goods at the docks so we were held hostage. The staff are unhelpful on both ends. They use a subcontractor in the USA whose staff were surly, unhelpful and rude. Coles offers an insurance company that does not actually insure anything except the fact that you will never see your cash again. Horrible company save your money and go elsewhere.

I found Coles Removals to be a very professional and smooth operation. Obviously moving house is not the most enjoyable of experiences, but working with Coles proved to be very stress free. All my contact with Renata in their head office was not only enjoyable, but all queries and requests were dealt with promptly, and importantly in a friendly manner. The removalists themselves were courteous, and importantly all our belongings were delivered to our new home in one piece! I would be very happy to recommend Coles Removals, and will indeed use them again for our next move.
