- customer consultancy services in the marine transportation affairs.
- the basic transportation rates for marine transportation from any origin to various destinations.
- accepts the agency for shipping lines at Caspian sea and also arranges for the regular berthing of the vessels, also performs the operations for discharging and loading of cargo at Anzali, Noshahr, Amirabad, Neka ports, and can berth the vessels belonging to live line out of queue at the private harbor chartered by Irsotr at Anzali port, performs expeditor operations, custom formalities, release of cargo, forwarding and carrier activities for all the export, import and transit cargoes.
- on time information about the marine transportation, voyage schedule of vessels and keeps the customers up to date about the last status of their shipped goods.
- pays for harbor dues, protection of cargo, provision, fuel, and other requirements needed by the vessel under the agency of Irsotr.
- obtains visa, issues ticket, arranges the turns for the drivers of the trailers and trucks traveling with the parom line. Also transports, delivers and exchanges the container, palletized and transit cargoes using RO-RO shipping lines at Caspian sea
- accepts and arranges the shipment of container and transit goods from the territorial region at I.R. Iran from the origin of India and Srilanka to the destination of C.I.S and European countries Accepts and arranges further shipment (Trans shipment, delivery, exchange and issues release permits for the imported cargoes
- performs all the custom formalities, carrier and forwarding irregular, traffic and over weight goods at the northern and southern ports of Iran, also performs combined transportation operations from the origin to the destination.
- arranges shipment for perishable goods ( food stuffs and vegetables) using its only vessel having cold storage (refrigeration) at Caspian sea.
- containers to the customers, needed for the marine shipment of container, palletized and transit cargoes, using 200 units containers belonging and owned by Irsotr, and 400 units of containers owned by the Russian railway, which are under the possession of Irsotr.
- stores and keeps the customer's goods for a limited period in the company's covered warehouses having an area of 4200 sq/m. located at the distance of 100 meter from the harbor no.2 of Noshahr. and also at an open warehouse with an area of 3500 sq. Mt. proximate to the port organization warehouses and port shipping offices of Anzali

Land services ( main land) include:
- consultancy services in land transportation affairs (road and rail );
- the basic transportation rates from any origin to various destinations in the realms where the company has an operational activity in those areas;
- organizes and transports the goods in a combined manner. Provides expeditor services by performing custom formalities, release of export, import and project cargoes, discharging and loading irregular and traffic goods.
- acceptance and arrangements for the shipment of transit goods (container, palletized, big bag, bulk, clean, petroleum and its derivatives, etc. ) in the territorial region of I.R. Iran from any origin to the various destinations at the operational realms of Irsotr company.
