The owner of the company is an uncourteous and incompetent person. He made follow up calls at 930PM 3 weeks after i requested a quote! Next day he sent me an email. When I told him I didn't appreciate being called that late and that I would've contacted him if i was interested, he took it upon himself to send a string of rude and nasty emails. When I called to complain, nothing was done. This company is very unprofessional. I would pay double to another shipping company that knows how to treat their customers than use Intercontinental Cargo Canada's services.
