Very lousy. Didn't even bother to call me up when I already gave two phone numbers. They required documents from me to clear the customs, gave me 3 email reminders (1 week apart for each reminder) but I missed them as they went to my junk mail. On the 3rd (RUDE) email, they then purported to charge storage fee. Called but no one answers until I emailed my shipping company back in Singapore to ask them to contact Hellas. When they replied they still gave reasons as to why they used email instead of calling (citing 'document trail'). Fair enough, but in urgent situations there are other ways of getting the communication through such as calling up through the phone! Or did they purposely did it so that they could charge me storage fees? Now, they are charging for 'High Rise Delivery fee', $33 for delivery above 1st floors. Is this practice normal in Australia? It seems to me that this company is run by a one-man show.

Never ever use this company for your shipments even they offer in free Horriable infra structure non hellping and non willing to help people my kids are sleeping on floor for 3 months because of them not solving issues i have raised against them in fair trading. & consumer court.
