Import
The custom services for the import set the following methodology:
1. The reference by a client of a mandate (in case the transport is not made through our company or if we are not mentioned on the transport documents) for collecting the goods and the documents.
2.Documents checking.
3.The sending of the custom duties and taxes calculated price.
4.The document processing for the custom operations.
5.Custom representation and the custom check operations (documents and products).
6. Optional: after the custom operations are finished we can deliver the merchandise to the client headquarters

Export

1. Preliminary notice of the intention to make transports for securing adequate hold back.
2. Sending through fax of the transport documents , with one day before the export is made for any doubt elucidation regarding documents elaboration.
3. The custom clearance will be made in the same day if the documents and goods are brought to our office until 12:00.
4. If the client requests the export documents can be sent by mail.
5. Also if the client requests we can organize the pick up of the goods, from any locations in Romania.

Transits
Go Trans 98 has the ability to perform transit operations, based on our customs license and on our T1 transit license .

We do transit operations for shipments made through our company or through others.

The transit operation set the following methodology:
1. The reference by a client of a mandate (in case that the transport is not made through our company or if we are not mentioned on the transport documents) for collecting the goods and the documents.
2. Documents checking.
3. The document processing need it for the transit operations.
4. Custom representation and the custom check operations (documents and wares).
5. The wares transport to the custom that do the transit operations.
6. Transit operations closing :transit acknowledgement.

Free Zone
Go Trans 98 can do any type of operations typical to FREE ZONE.
Free Zones are an integrating part of the Romanian state and are ruled by the national legislation.
The custom supervision is made at the edge of the Free Zones.
The work process regarding the import the export or the transit of the Free Zone is settled through standardized documents.

Documents and necessary actions before starting proper operations in Free Zone:
1. The rent contract for the warehouse with a field concession from Free Zone.
2. The acquire of the work license for en gross commerce in Free Zone, based on the contract.
3. Announcement of the working point of the firm at Free Zone.
4. From the merchandise brought in the Free Zone can be done partial imports.It is not necessary that the import to be done limitless without custom fees or the VAT.

Special Services
