Ihad your comp. move some furniture from deltona FL. they lost a 130.00 chair. we contaced them and we settled for 100.00. they were suppose to send a check months ago. everytime we call them they assured us that that send the check. Im considering calling my atty. and better bussn. bureau if Im not getting my check in the next day or so. I called today and the had the nerveto say they sent it and it was cashed! un beliveable! I want and need satifaction soon!

STAY AWAY from this one! They over quoted the move by several thousand dollars. They left me to manage the trucking company. They were 1.5 days late for the pick up. Once they had my home in shipment they turned their backs on me once again. I ended up paying another $2,000. to get my belongings back on the other end. I had to pay this or they would keep adding a storage charge of $150.00 per day. NEVER again. Watch out for Howard, as he was the one who made all of the promises and arrangements. SHAME on the company. Nothing but excuses and lies.

Wonderful service - will highly recommend to all my friends, family, associates, etc. My sales rep Denise was wonderful and knowledgeable; Frank the customer service representatives acted fast and got the job done. Both Lee and Terry the dispatchers were very informative and helpful they gave me the accurate timeline and the whole transport worked out just as I was told. My experience couldn’t have been any better. My car was delivered and picked up on time and I received the vehicle in good condition. This was the first time I ever used this type of service and was extremely pleased. Way to go Global.

I highly recommend this company and thank them for making this whole process easy and stress free.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE... here is a copy of the email I sent to the person that booked our move and made several promises and claims that were all untrue.

Wes and I are on the road to Florida and received phone calls regarding payment and forms to fill out from a different person named Julia from your company. I'm not sure if you care or not, or if this is just your business and it goes no further than that... But I wanted to share our moving experience with you and your company. It has been horrible.

First of all, it would have been REALLY nice of you to talk to us about the fact that any additional weight would be almost twice as much per pound. If we would have known this and understood this, we would have never changed the approximate weight to a lower number in the first place. It turns out we had 2,640 lbs more than what we thought (we will be re-weighing this ourselves because we find it really hard to believe considering we lived in a 900 sq foot home and had no tvs or appliances). So we find out this morning that we now are paying 4,695 dollars for our household move ALONE. This is ridiculous by the way and we should have and will from now on always use a different, more reasonable and reliable company for moving. It would have also been appropriate for you to TELL us that we would have to pay CASH for this. I gave you my credit card info for a reason. The way you explained it to both of us was that we would be receiving our stuff, receive copies of the weight slips, and the additional amount owed would then be charged to the card. I explained this to Julia. She informs me that they will use the credit card on file....however they will be charging us additional 6% fee. HOW nice.

Also, I would like you to know that 2 men showed up to our house in a rented penske truck half full of someone elses stuff. They informed us that we should pay them money. They also gave us forms that said we should pay them 10-15% gratuity of the estimated move. They also gave us forms that said we would have to pay them additional labor and cost of all supplies (which you SPECIFICALLY told me that wrapping of furniture and assembly/disassembly, etc were included in the cost). We ended up giving them 200 dollars cash, and now we are paying 300 dollars for moving supplies that you said were included. So either you lied to me, or your company has poor communication and you do not have an understanding of how the moving process is actually going to go for your customers. WE boxed EVERYTHING up our selves, wrapped the mirror and glass shelves and you instructed, wrapped the mattress and box springs, and still paid. These 2 men in the rented penske truck then took our stuff and said they would be moving it to another truck later. It seemed that several companies were involved in the process and it was very disorganized with poor communication. I remember you saying to me when I decided to use your company that "moving is a stressful time and we want to make it smooth and as stress free as possible". I cannot think of a time where someone has been further from the truth. You cannot imagine how stressful and ridiculous this entire process has been.

Last, lets talk about the auto transport. The "driver" did not show up to our home. We had to drive to Collingswood New Jersey because he couldn't "make it". He then called (hours later) and asked if it would be okay to come over to the location we were at with his wife, and drive the car himself to a different location to load it on to the trailer. He shows up hours later (it was somewhere around 8-9pm) and takes our car. Does this seem odd to you? Of course it’s after business hours and we cannot call anyone.

I would really appreciate feed back from you. I realize you are busy and I am one of many customers/clients, however I do intend on reporting this experience to the better business bureau, and doing my best to post this negative experience for all to see when I review your company online. I'm sure you understand. It has been horrible and the additional stress and financial strain were unnecessary.

Just a good word to the best in the business.
I am a professional car dealer; I have used many different car transportation companies in the past and had never had such as wonderful experience as I did with Global Relogistics. After waiting 2 weeks for a different company which gave me the run around never returned any of my calls, I have contacted a co-worker how recommended Global Relogistics to me. Roy, Jamie and Terri are the most honest and helpful customer oriented people I have ever worked with. Every other day the both the dispatcher and the driver called me to keep me informed as to where is the vehicle. The predicted the arrival time of the vehicle to my client’s house very accurately. They helped me restore confidence with my client and literally saved plenty of inconvenience. I will use them again and recommend them to all my clients, friends and co-workers.

I agreed to my car delivery Saturday or Sunday because I would not be home during the week. I call up the driver and he says delivery is on Monday. I had to beg and plead with the driver to deliver on Sunday night. GRI was no help at all. They promised me they would call me but never did. I got my car, but no thanks to GRI.

Contracted to have a car shipped across the US. Rep stated that the car would be picked up in a few days. Almost a month later the car had still not been picked up (they kept saying they were trying to get a driver). The car was at a mechanic shop and bank came to get the car. Miraculously they found a driver the next morning when we called and cancelled the shipment. Cost us $1400 in fees to get the car back. Spent 2 weeks trying to get someone on the phone. They contacted us by email finally and told us to fill out a form to get our $1000 back but they waited so long to send us the form that now they say our time to cancel the shipment has lapsed and NOW they are keeping our $1000 as well. They state that it's in the contract however they procrastinated on sending us the cancellation forms to get our money back and they never provided a service but made $1000 that they now state they will give us a credit within a year should we want to have them ship our vehicle.
