I was very satisfied with their services until my shipment arrived at the destination port. Then I realized that Williams Int., GKrates' sister company, didn't pay on time to the company in Miami in charge of the shipping. Their mistake cost me hundreds of dollars in storage services at the arriving port. When I called Williams Int. to find out what was going on they not only hanged up the phone, but yelled and cursed at me. Then I called GKrates and they didn't answer. When I finally talked to the person that sold me their services, he said he couldn't do anything because he was just a middleman. It's been a nightmare, and I'm considering hiring a commercial attorney.
