This company are dreadful in every way if you want your goods picked up on time, a courteous service, and arrival intact, forget it!!!! their website says bespoke customer service, they dont know the meaning of these words.
They will promise delivery days...... take your cash.... then offer deliveries on days that you've specifically said you cant accept deliveries....when you try to be accommodating and take a morning off work (because they've had your furniture for 3 months) you can expect them to turnup 3 hours after a promised time slot. having had to leave for work you still havent got your furniture it was taken back to the depot followed by an abusive phonecall from the owner stating thats where it would stay until you come and get it.

I agree with the previous reviewer.Do not believe anything you read on the Furniture Logistics website. They have no idea about Customer Service - problems ignored, promises of return calls but they never come, everything to suit them not the 'valued' customer who has already waited 10 weeks for the furniture and now a computer error is blamed. Poor service, not a professional company at all.
