Foreign Business Research (FBR) is a private import and export enterprise founded by Mr. El Farissi Mohamed. FBR began operation in 1990 and since then has had the goal of providing the highest quality services and products to national companies and international clients. Having begun as an import-export company, in few years FBR has grown and gained strength and credibility as one of the well-recognized firms in the Moroccan market.

In 1994 a new subdivision for exporting Moroccan Seaweed (algae) was established.
The new niche has played a significant role in introducing FBR worldwide as well as expanding its services to other continents by starting cooperation with a new clientele from different sectors such as pharmaceuticals, research centers, and agar manufactures and distributors.

To ensure its worldwide presence, has appointed representatives in both USA (Los Angeles) and the Middle East (Dubai).
