I am extremely disappointed with all aspects of this company who claims to be experts in their field.

I used this company to ship my goods from UK to Vancouver. Their customer service failed at every point. I constantly had to phone to ask what is happening and finally when I did receive my goods, they failed to pack any of our clothes. They accepted they were at fault but only offered to ship it free of charge and this would take a further 12+ weeks to arrive considering winter is just around the corner. Therefore they left me having to pay an additional charge to air freight my item they should have shipped in the first place!

When asked to speak to a manager was told that there are none in the country and it is run by a managment team who are only contactable once a week!

I would not recommend nor would I ever use this company again.

They do not care nor are they sympathetic to their OWN errors!

FWWshipping are top notch shipping and forwarding swindlers. I warn everyone not to deal with them, in any way whatsoever.

I contacted them to ship my stuff from my family London flat/apartment, they agreed price of Pounds 1,500 for all charges including 20' ft container. After they came and packed the stuff and loaded it in their truck. Next day got call from their manager: cost is Pounds 4000!!! Obviously I was very shocked by the figure, and more so at the suggestion that what price was agreed the day before, is null and void!! I told them that I will call another shipping company to get the stuff and ship to me, they refused!!

In short, its been over 2 years now since this thing happened, and they still hold all my possessions in their custody!! They threatened to sell all in auction if I dont pay for their storage and I am contacting them every few months, but to no avail. Now they dont even reply to my messages.

I contacted BIFA with my complaint, yet no reply ever from them!

Last exchange I had with the swindlers FWW Shipping ended in me inviting them to file court case to solve this matter. They said: you go ahead and file case in court, lets see what you can do.
