Last September, I used Falcon Removals to move to Madrid. Due to my job, I have moved home and country several times and had some horror stories to tell. I must say this company is absolutely the best I have used and will use again. The timetable was kept as promised, my belongings well wrapped and carefully delivered, the quote was between £2.4 and £3 lower all others, their courteous service was quite unusual in this day and age and for the first time, this move did not put me on the verge of a nervous breakdown.

We had an urgently required, medical laser to be sent from London to our clinic in El Albir, Costa Blanca, Spain. No one was able to deliver this rather large and delicate laser, for the price we were quoted by Falcon Removals; but furthermore, and more important is the fact that, no one was prepared to deliver it it on its own, thus guaranteeing the safety of this expensive laser. I dealt with Sacha and I was totally assured our laser would be delivered as and when he said he would. He kept his promise!!!.
I can truly say that, I will never ever consider any other removal company for any of my multiple deliveries from all over Europe to Spain.
The service was as everything in life could and should be, PERFECT.

They were always very careful with everything they moved, and even took the trouble to tape bolts and screws to the bed frames when they dismantled them so that we could find them to re-erect ealisy.

we needed to move from the south of france at very short notice over the easter bank holiday.we could not have got a better firm to help us .thank you to the lads richie & terry who gave up there easter break for us,as the laws in france don't allow driving on bank holidays, were so kind & thoughtfull.took great care of every thing & was as cheeful a week after picking up our stuff as they were when they dropped it off. we would recomend this company to all our friends. the manager was so helpfull even though the first dealings i had with him was at 8.30 pm on a saturday night , & bent over backward to help us once he knew we had to move at very short notice.thank you again to all the staff who kept in contact with us the whole time.they say it is one of the most stressfull things moving house , but to be honest i am sure it would have been so much worse if it had't been for falcon.they were great from start to finish.
