We did a haz mat clean up for Excel-Memphis and they stiffed us. We laid out several thousand dollars in their behalf and they just won't pay. Are they having financial difficulties? If they are about to go out of business ,I guess we are just out of luck, but I wish they had let us know the real reason they wont pay us.
