- Express freight
Your heavy weight Airfreight shipment will be handled with the same care, door-to-door with time to spare.
- Import express
The DPEX Worldwide Import Express Service (IPX) is available from selected countries. Import Express puts you in control for collection of your urgent documents and parcels right back to your location. It's fast, secure and economical.
- Charges collect express
The DPEX charges collect express services (CCX) is available to DPEX account customers. This service enables the sending account customer to opt for the service charges to be paid upon delivery by the consignee.

Promise client the document will delivery on a certain date, and fail to arrived. Delay for the next day between 3-5pm but called the customer service and was told they could delivery only after 5pm. Customer service operator slammed down client call when client want to speak to manager.

The despatch came and i wasn't home. then he said he'll come 2-3pm. but didn't come. Then he called me at 4pm when i was out, said he's dropping by, ask me to send someone down in 5 minutes. later he said he waited TWO minutes and didn't see anyone APPROACHED him. so he left. and when i called and ask him, he said "i'm out of the area".

I used to be very pleased with their service. They would deliver my package within 3-4 days. Now and recently, it is impossible to get any package from them without any transit delay. I am very very disappointed with their service. Additionally, my local DPEX and the DPEX from the country the package is coming from has 0 links. If you asked them why there was this delay, no one can answer you. Their operations are not connected. I hope DPEX can improve their service and stop delaying packages. When can there be no delays, like before again? Where is the efficient DPEX?

Yes have never use their service b4 but this will be the one and the only time. They take 10 days to reply me and do bot bother to address the issue at all. They even spell my name wrongly but still they can assure me that this is not their normal high level of service ????????? ps do not try to entertain us and treat us like a fool

My parcel was suppose to be here today by 12pm. I called them at 12:30pm and the staff said that it will arrive before 1pm. I waited until 2pm, called back again and the office was closed. I checked the tracking details at 3pm and the delivery was delayed. They didn't even give a reason. How unreliable.

THERE SERVICE FOR CUSTOM DUTY DOCUMENTATION IS NOT AVAILABLE. THEY ARE NOT AWARE OF IMPORTANCE OF CUSTOM DUTY PAPER'S LIKE BILL OF ENTRY. THEY COLLECT THE DUTY AMOUNT, BUT WILL NOT PROVIDE BILL OF ENTRY. WE FEEL THEY CLEAR THE CONSIGNMENT AS PERSONAL BAGGAGE .

BETTER TO AVOID.

Asked to ship package from KL Malaysia to Bangkok Thailand on Monday still not delivered on Thursday. They agree to provide express service then once goods are picked up they claim that express service takes more than 3 days. No idea of customer service very unprofessional. I will never use them again.
