Don't trust the quote. They quoted me a price, then billed me nearly double with no notice. It was for the same weight, pallet size, and goods they had shipped previously. After the pick up, they changed the class and category in increased the price with no notice. Further, they were very slow to deal with the issue and in the end told me to "do what you have to do, the law is on our side". This was from a manager. Call some one else.

They delivered an exterior door and the crate was not easily inspected and the driver refused to wait. After unveiling the outer cardboard layer it was quite evident that a forklift had driven into the side of the door, leaving large gouges through the interior box and deep punctures into the door. The driver clearly covered up and hid the damage.
