Do not trust this company. They are unreliable, have poor truck handlers, and obviously care little for the customer. A company in Virginia shipped a designer toilet through Day and Ross to us in Calgary and we signed for it but it was cracked. They did refund. We tried again, the Virginia company double packed it this time, we signed and again it was cracked. Obviously it was dropped or it would not have cracked. We were not compensated the second time because they said we signed. I questioned why as it was the same as the first time second time and their reply was yes, it was the same but the first time they already noted that the carton was damaged. Why then deliver it to us. I would never trust them again as they obviously have the dropsies. They also had one guy to deliver. No wonder things get dropped. It was heavy. Never trust this company.
