This is a review for Crown Relocations in the UK.
The men who came to pack up all our belongings were miserable and did nothing but moan and whine throughout the day about how much work they had to do, how it should have been properly assessed prior to their arriving, how they had to be back to work very early the following morning and so on. Prior to their arriving the whole job was passed on to one person after another as they had holidays and breaks (in March!). During the waiting for the consignment we were told five different delivery dates and two different boats so we became very stressed. The company which brought the goods from the port to our new home in a different country could not have been better. But shock upon shock when opening up the packages to find one standard lamp beyond redemption - it is one which I use for craft work as the light is so good - it was totally inadequately packed and a chest of drawers severely gouged on the top and yet the packaging was unmarked. To cap it all I had a set of six ramekin dishes and I now only have three!!?? Explain that.
I have tried contact the company, via email several times, but they appear to refuse, point blank to address the issues, in other words I have had no response from them. Do not use this company unless you have more money than sense. The removal of all our household goods to the country in which we now reside was very expensive and, after all that stress, I am now having to make a claim on my insurance because Crown Relocations refuse to acknowledge any culpability at all.
