Terrible company for a personal move. Although my boxes did arrive at their destination, the lack of communication was between stressful and infuriating. The additional fees at the arrival port were far higher than the original cost of the shipment - we were never warned about this and when we questioned it, we never received a response. Again, the cost was surprising, but the lack of communication was the worst part. For such an important service, you need to deal with someone that you trust.
