The most unprofessional firm I have dealt with to date. Incompetent drivers, poor follow up within customer service department.They do not honor they commitment to delivery on date scheduled. Would never recommend or use their services again.

Horrible company!!! Charged my credit card first day and was told this would not happen until boxes were picked up and weighed.....called day before pick up and was told can't ship boxes and they didn't know why, blamed on Fedex. Didn't refund money and had to put claim in with my bank.

I think these other reviews are from a long time go because my experience with contour logistics was very pleasant. I shipped 17 items from the UK to the US. I used a UK company who then contracted the job to Contour Logistics when it arrived in the States. From the moment I received the first email, the staff at contour Logistics were very friendly and very helpful, and they same level of professionalism and friendliness continued until my stuff had arrived and I felt the need to phone them up and thank them. The driver that delivered my stuff was the nicest guy ever and handled my things as though they were his own. Despite the long journey (nearly 4000 miles) nothing was broken even though I packed it all myself. All I can say are good things about contour logistics and the people that work there. I give them top marks and would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I just posted this review in other website, but I am copying it here again (too lazy to write again, hehe)

I am using contour-logistics to move my stuff (6 boxes) from San Francisco, California, to Seville, in Spain.
They have been very helpful answering all my doubts about the shipping process, the filling of documents, etc.
My boxes were scheduled to be picked up the 13th of July (2010), between 12 and 3pm, and the Fedex "guy" came at 1:30, so that worked perfect. And today is 16th and I just checked with the tracking number to see what's going on with the shipment and it seems it is already in Paris, France.
So far so good.
At this point I have no complaints at all about this company, and I absolutely recommend to contact them for international shipments.

This morning, two of Contour's movers, Marvin and James, delivered my shipment. They were efficient, courteous, and extremely professional, and excellent representatives for Contour.

Early this morning they called from the warehouse in Philadelphia to tell me that yesterday's poor weather could delay their arrival at my house for several hours, to give me an estimated arrival time, and to inquire whether this was acceptable to me. They later called again to give an updated estimate, and when they did arrive they were over an hour earlier than they had first anticipated. They worked swiftly and were careful when handling the boxes. Throughout the move I was impressed with their professionalism; they by far exceeded the standard one might reasonably expect from any business.

Contour Logistics delivered a large suitcase filled with personal items to my son in China last year, and I was so impressed with their service and how smoothly the delivery pick up and delivery went, that I used them again last week to ship a 20x0x20 box of personal items to my son. Once again, from the first phone call to the notification that the box had arrived, their service and professionalism and efficiency was perfect. Contour Logistics is awesome. I recently moved from San Francisco to France. I had 4 boxes to ship to France few days before leaving the USA and was in a complete panic. The Contour Logistics Team was great amazing especially for a single mom lost in boxes. They send me all the paperwork with samples to know how to fill out everything the same day. My boxes were shipped the next day at a reasonable cost and delivered a week later in France without any issue. If I ever move again, I would definitely call on Contour Logistics' services in a heartbeat!
