Never call their line for anything. Every time I call them for information I am bounced to different branches, many times rerouted back to the same place.
If that doesn't happen, I am met by unhappy customer service reps who would do anything to get you to check their poorly designed website rather than help you themselves.
Impossible company, save yourself time and work with COSCO or MSC instead.
