Customer's Reviews:
Chris
During our emigration from the UK to Canada they lost 2 boxes. They contained virtually all my daughters clothes and a fortune in computer equipment. Out of the 71 remaining boxes we had damaged items in most boxes due to negligent packaging. Nothing was wrapped and items were thrown into boxes regardless of what they were or what damage would be done.
To make matters worse they are ignoring emails requesting them to deal with the uninsured losses that they are contractually obliged to compensate me for.
