Packaging services
All our staff are fully trained packers ensuring the best protection for your possessions. You may choose to pack yourself or may request additional packing if you are worried about a particular heirloom or piece. Tube wrapping, double wrapping, crating, and super enforced bubble wrapping are all available on request and our sales reps are happy to discuss these with you. In both instances, a full inventory including labeling and numbering will be done on collection.

Warehousing services
If your effects have to be stored with us or are just waiting to board it is important to ensure warehousing is secure and bug free! Our warehousing is all new, alarmed and monitored. You are more than welcome to come out and visit us and see for yourself.

Baggage services
We offer baggage by air and by sea, to port and to door, to most places in the world. Seafreight is costed on size, and airfrieght on weight, although there is an airline minimum weight of 167kgs per cubm (or part thereof) on airfreight. To a lot of countries airfrieght is far more cost effective, as there can be high seafreight minimums. Packing, storage, and insurance is available if required.

Households services
We offer household relocation by air and by sea, to port and to door to most places in the world. Most household shipments we recommend go to by sea, as they are handled better and due to their volume, are more cost effective this way. A free survey service is available in most parts of New Zealand where by our estimator comes out to your home, views your effects, and sizes them up for a quotation. Storage is available at our warehouse and usually proves to be far cheaper to discuss your requirements with us and leave your possessions in New Zealand rather than have them arrive too early at your destination.

Cars
To Australia we can offer a roll on roll off service which is a very quick, easy and cost effective way to go. To the UK we offer a groupage service, whereby your car travels in a container with either your own or someone else's cargo. To other parts of the world it is more costly as your car will have to travel in its own sole use container but the service is available and we will try our best to provide you with the most cost effective method and customs formalities.

Pets
We offer a service for cats, dogs, and other pets. Your pet is collected from your door and flown ahead of you so when you arrive they are ready to come home with you. For the UK and Europe, restrictions have been slackened but there is a lot to six months prior to departure, please call us and we will advise.
