The worst service I have ever experienced, my household goods were delivered to my house broken and beyond repair.

I have paid for special packaging that was not done and Biddulphs won’t compensate me for their mistakes.

Stay away from Biddulphs, they are incompetent to say the least

Never in my life have I seen such incompetence, not to speak of the packing,with the result, i was left with broken furniture,and a mess, as they insisted on taking all their boxes, they dumped everything out instead of packing out, a service that is clearly stated, as if moving isn't stressful enough, Biddulphs has made this the worst move in history.

Absolutely useless service! The left did not know what the right was doing. I am trying to claim now, and only now find out that the items must have been specified almost down to serial number! I will be sure to tell the 7 families that are coming over this year, not to use Biddulphs.
