Agency Department
Company Baltamerica assures full volume of transport services and high-quality agency for its clients.
The company assures:
- timely arranging berthing of ships;
- planning (jointly with port organizations) and co-ordination of handling operations;
- keeping ship-owner duly and daily informed about status of ship in a port, handling period, situation in a port, weather forecast and performing ship's orders;
- keeping principal duly informed about all local news and rule changes (in market, economical, lawful or others) which can influence to business of principal or fulfillment of respective obligations by parties;
- supporting and advising management of a ship about all questions;
- preparing of drafts, issuing of bill of lading and other documents for and on behalf of carrier, signing of its upon authorization of principal;
- acting for interests of principal / ship-owner in face of local port authorities, customs house and others;
- assuring necessary contacts to principals in field of our competence (in Russia, Ukraine and Baltic States).

Chartering Department

Our company provides full range of the forwarder's services to both the large transportation companies of long standing relations and the one-time customer who comes in need of our experience and assistance.
We arrange and coordinate transportation of the cargo by railway, auto and sea transport.
Status of the goods is closely monitored throughout its handling and routing.
Full forwarding service is provided for containers as well as conventional or special carriage cargoes at main ports of Russia, Ukraine and the Baltics.
