a) co-ordination between ship owners, charterers, receivers etc. including documentation;
b) handling port formalities for ship's movements;
c) handling customs, immigration, port health formalities;
d) meeting ship's requirements for bunkers, fresh water, provisions, stores, crew change, workshops/under water services, survey attendance including p & i club, etc;
e) handling cash to master;
f) organizing air travel, hotel booking, transportation, launch services, medical aid, etc for ship's personne;.
g) arranging conversion / reversion of vessels by customs from foreign to coastal run & vice-versa including duty payments / refunds and obtaining coastal license from director general of shipping.
