I have been moved with ASAP Relocations two times in the past five years. When I moved the first time I received excellent service. Everyone I spoke with was professional and polite. The movers were hardworking and honest people. The second time I move I didn't get the same crew as the first time I moved, but I still received wonderful service from them. I can't move all the time, but I f I did I would always call ASAP Relocations no doubt about it. I truly recommend them.

I was really satisfied with their honesty and professionalism. The movers came on time to move me and they took the time they said they would. The estimate was accurate and I didn't get no hidden fees. I really had a stress free move thanx to ASAP. They moved fast but efficiently, they also provided the necessary materials to protect my property. They were just great.

My move with ASAP Relocations went really well. I had no problems what-so-ever. The movers were on time, and they were so polite and friendly. They made sure that my property was well packed and secure so that it would not get damaged during transit. They were hardworking people and you could tell they liked their job. Everything was moved in a well organized manner. I would definitely use them again if I have to.

The movers damaged the carpet by not putting down protective blankets. They wheeled dirty greasy wheels all over the white carpeting not to mention the dirt from their shoes on the rainy day in San Francisco. They also damaged the stairway by dragging heavy items, scratching off paint on each stair and even breaking one stair. They also sliced a six inch hole in the antique velvet sofa in the foyer where they were using box cutters to cut packing material. When I brought my complaints to them they were dismissive and argumentative and stated that they are not responsible for damages they do to the apartment. In other words, they can be as careless as they want and not be held responsible. If they ever rectify my claim I will take down this review. But..I am not holding my breath.
