Warning:
I spent over $4000 (not cheap) to move from California to Vancouver but I found out this company had some serious problems as follows:

Issues:
1. Over Charge - during quotation of service, the sales rep said he would offered me a few wardrobe to hang clothes for moving. Tured out. There was none. And the moving guys used a few paper boxes to create room for me to hang clothes and charged me $30 each. They also charged me for 10 roll of tapes which I hardly believed they did use that much (for $4 each) as I had wrapped all my stuff. I can understand that the moving guys wanted to make some extra money but you could cheat like that. There is some integrity problem here.
2. They were very responsive before they provide you the service. But after the move is completed and if you wanted to get some response from the sales rep. They simply wouldn't respond.

3. The paper that showed the weight of the truck before and after they loaded the truck has no timestamp. So you would have to guess if the weight is actually correct.

4. The original quote vs. the final price was substantially different. It is true that the price the quote was preliminarily. But it was off by almost $2000.

The moving guys were kind of polite and well dressed and they did a good job for being on time. But still, I will have a hard time trying to refer them to anybody that I know.

I moved with Art Moving a few months ago from Vancouver to Toronto and I can not say enough good things about them they were very professional by goods arrived on time and in good condition and the cost was just as they had told me at my inhome estimation thanks a lot guys
