Customer service leaves a LOT to be desired. 21 days after receiving (and confirming receipt) of all information, they finally got around to creating shipping documentation. Needless to say, they didn't make the shipping date. Off by a month. No concerns, just "sorry about that".

Shipping Documents are generated after cargo has departed US ports. Jason was quoted April 18, then July 8. Was booked July 8th. Client did not send his packing list for weeks and under Federal Law we cannot ship his items.
believe you had ample time to comply with our requirements ... if you did not bother to submit the required data your shipment was not loaded under US Federal Law.
We sent you several emails requesting this information. We go by the book.
