Absolutely, one of the worst. Never seen anybody issuing 3 pages of OBL, they did that to one of my shipments. My mistake I sent only 2 pages. Asked to make release, sent LOI, then every day they needed some more and more details, like they couldn't informed me at first. Supervisors won't help you, forget it, regular staff cs doesn't even speak English properly. PLEASE AVOID, BETTER GO FOR SOME SMALLER FORWARDER.

I have never experience so many problems in shipping before working with APL. I called to check on the shipment on a daily basis and the communication within the company is so poor that the customer service reps never new what was going on- it was like starting over every single day. I was constantly told that I would receive phone and email updates and information, but NEVER received any information. The shipment took a week longer that originally scheduled. NEVER AGAIN!
