APC service includes delivery to both business premises and private homes, as required.
We provide:
- 07.30 deliveries are available in major towns and cities on both weekdays and Saturdays;
- parcels up to 25kg per item;
- courier pack up to 5 kg (max);
- mail pack up to 1 kg (max);
- Saturday deliveries;
- pickup requests (out of local area);
- same day deliveries.
Our new Scottish Sortation Centre in Belshill allows us to offer additional timed services to our Scottish customers, which are not available for consignments originating in England.

Mail order goods. Delayed arrival. Inaccurate parcel tracking records.
Mail order goods long overdue. Eventually, had message left on my answering machine from courier depot. On ringing back their answering machine identified them as Swift Despatch. Looked up the tracking report on APC Overnight's web site. It listed three attempts at delivery, said cards had been left also said 'white door'. At my premises, I found no cards and I have no white doors except on a bedside cabinet. I was at the premises for a great deal of the time. It is possible to draw the conclusion that my premises were not visited and the driver was in error in his or her log entries.
Contacted APC. They replied stating that, "Each APC depot is an independently owned company and your query will therefore need to be addressed by the APC depot covering your postcode area. I have therefore forwarded your e-mail on to them and asked them to contact you directly.” The goods were delivered in an 'APC Overnight' bag the following day but otherwise no response.
The words 'cannot be bothered' spring to mind. I will avoid their services.

So much for overnight dispatch. Been waiting a week already. Customer service number just rings out when try to contact them. Tracking information very poor. Not happy and would not use by choice.

Had very similar experience to Nick Wilkinson. The local branch in Caerphilly claimed they had tried to deliver twice on successive days and left cards; I found no cards. They said that the house had a 'brown door', as if that should prove anything - 90% of front doors on my road are brown polished wood, you can probably see them in Google Street View. Telephoned yesterday and asked for redelivery. I was in all this morning in my ground floor flat that looks directly onto the street. Company claimed delivery had been attempted at 9AM, the driver found no-one in, the driver left a card, same 'brown door' remark. Well, there was no card and no attempted delivery. Draw your own conclusions, I can draw mine.

Waited in all day just to see the online tracking change to how delivery tempted, card left. No card was actually put in letterbox and the local depot at Saltash Cornwall didn't really care when I telephoned them. Had a package left by APC last week and thus the driver would obviously know the cloud of my door without having to attempt a delivery. Very poor service avoid at all costs, use a different courier.

Three cases of wine delivered. When opened, one was in a different box and only contained 11. The space in the box was stuffed with air fill packs. The company who sent the wine confirm they don't use such fillers, and that the different box wasn't theirs as all three boxes that left them were the same. Seems there may have been a breakage in transit, and the box was repackaged. But no-one told us or the supplier. Disgusting service!
