I had a HORRIBLE experience with this company. I originally hired them to move 5 pieces of furniture from Calgary to Dallas, Texas. I was promised the furniture would be picked up within 2 weeks, and it wasn't picked up for almost 4 months. They took 11 months to tell me that they couldn't do it, then charged me WAY more than the original estimate to change the move to Winnipeg (I would expect the price to be lower if the furniture doesn't have to cross the border and his going a much shorter distance). The representative never returned any phone calls, I had to continuously call to get any information. When the final cost came in way above the estimate, the representative told us there was nothing she would do to help us.
