Altamar disposes of a fleet of modern equipped trucks, including platforms, low loaders, combinable sections up to 140 axes for heavy and/or voluminous goods.

On the waterways
The dense net of waterways in Europe offers in many cases a real economic and reasonable quick transport, not only for bulk cargoes, but also for conventional merchandise and containers, same as for heavy and/or voluminous cargo. Altamar applies correspondent barges and direct going Rhine/Seine-Sea Vessels in complete performance.

Worldwide shipping
Altamar offers since 1966 regular services for conventional cargoes and containers from and to Scandinavia, North- and South Europe, Baltic, Mediterranean, Levante, Middle- and Far-East, just as North- and South-America, providing service "in one hand" for inland-haulage, handling, packing, customs-clearance, etc.

International chartering
Altamar started in 1966 with worldwide chartering, offering modern, box shaped tonnage (same as ro-ro vessels), and, if required, with vessels' own gear/cranes up to more than 500 tons capacity.

Project transports
Altamar performs, prior thorough technical study, the complete transport of project cargoes from point of origin until site at destination, taking care of all details en route, applying the most actual logistics. If required, we assist with due mounting equipment on the plant.
