This is the worst company ever. There is no level of professionalism once you spend your money and fly over there and do the shopping. I need to ship to USA I email I went to the office I spoke with Said who said Robert Palmer is n vacation and Azeddine Abid no longer works there. I paid for my parcel to ship in a wooden crate since I didn't have that much but I was shipping a lot of fragile pieces and leather goods. I left my brother-n-law in charge since Said didn't tell me I need to pass customs by 3 pm Tuesday. I came back to America, and guess what a month later he was able to finally find the customs agent. Why? If you ship International as a business wouldn't you know how to contact customs? Then I find out that he didn't pack my merchandise in the wooden crate. He just threw it in the metal container and said "Let her deal with it when it gets to America." There is no way it will pass customs here in USA. If your life depends on doing business with this company dont. Better to tie the things to your back and swim across the Atlantic. Seriously. How will the fragiles make it to France change ships and then to USA without breaking and what getting stolen. Seriously how lame can a human be?
