They were not on time(2 month later then promise) and never got a call back .I will recommend to check them out online after I have paid and did not get what I had accepted to get I realized I should have checked them out before I signed and let them pick up my staff .They were good at packing but this is the only aspect they were OK most of it we packed our-self anyway .They change the price but the most upsetting accident was that we did not get all our staff on time and they forgot to give us some boxes we had to go and claim it from custom .The agent at the landing port had different charges from what promise, I hardly recommend to go to details and I would not recommend to send cars or motorcycle with Aerostar Moving co. They did not know the regulation for example they had told me I have 1 month of free storage but it was not correct and I had to pay the storage at the port almost 1000$.
