My experience with AMS has been horrible. I will not recommend them even as a way of getting back at some one. Half the content of my consignment was stolen and a shipment that had a 2wk delivery timescale took over 8wks after loads of chase up phone calls and lies. I paid for a door to door shipment but the consignment was not delivered door to door, the consignee was asked to come over to a bus station to pick up the consignment. AMS claimed there are not responsible for any missing items and their drivers can engage the help of anyone else to transfer the consignment. I will never use them again.
