Unsatisfied Customer
I have recently shipped my bags with Advance Forwarding from the UK to Canada and unfortunately can not offer a positive review. My bags were misplaced by UPS (set up through Advance Forwarding) and re-routed to Germany and I was not reimbursed for the UPS delivery fee. My quote was doubled when they wanted to re-pack my bags even after I already asked about their protection and secureness. The final straw was not even being informed about the customs and delivery fee once the bags had arrived in Canada that essentially doubled my overall shipping cost. I said it's a bit like hiring a personal shopper: paying for their time, paying full price for the clothes and then paying to exit the store...what is the point?
