The range of services offered can be classified into four major categories: domestic, international, logistics and special services.
Domestic delivery service
City-to-city deliveries:
- door-to-door (pick up and delivery service);
- point-to-door (ACS office pick up and door delivery to other cities including suburbs);
- door-to-point (pick up from doorstep up to other city’s ACS office);
- point-to-point (ACS office to ACS office);
- COD (Cash on delivery) service (special arrangement needed);
- freight collect (transport charges paid by receiver);
- buying service (cost of shipment paid to shipper by ACS).
Intercity (and suburbs) deliveries of packages/documents:
- door-to-door (pick up and delivery service);
- COD (Cash on delivery) service (special arrangement needed);
- freight collect (transport charges paid by receiver);
- buying service (cost of shipment paid to shipper by ACS);
- bulk company mail-outs to specific delivery addresses with proof of delivery.

International delivery service:
- delivery of parcels and documents to any international destination;
- on-line tracking (by reference number) of shipments;
- signatures for all deliveries/pick-ups /proof of delivery on demand;
- insurance service if needed.

Logistics:
- management of packages returned to ACS warehouse;
- daily monitoring and follow-up of deliveries;
- detailed monthly statements and invoicing.

Special services:
- consolidated distribution of advertising material and/or parcels;
- cheque collection service for business customers;
- post office box pick up service (collection of mail on daily basis from P.O.Boxes).
