Services within Canada:
- sameday service - your parcel delivered the same business day throughout Southern Ontario provided the order is placed before 1:00 p.m;
- rush - at any time of the day throughout Southern Ontario;
- overnight service - delivered by 5:00 p.m. the following business day;
- 9:30 a.m. overnight service - delivery by 9:30 a.m. the next business day to most major centres;
- 10:30 a.m. overnight service delivery by 10:30 a.m. the next business day to most major centres;
- ground service - all ground services are delivered within seven days from the date of pick up;
- air service - overnight air service is available to the majority of all points within Canada;
- Saturday delivery - available throughout Canada depending on the destination;
- special services - direct drive, first available flight, air, door to door, door to airport.

Services to the United States:
- air service - delivered by 5:00 p.m. the following business day with the exception of multi-day delivery points, which may take up to four business days to be delivered;
- ground service - available throughout the United States, delivery times may vary with destination;
- Saturday delivery - available throughout the United States;
- trucking service - flat bed, less than truckload and full truck load deliveries.

Worldwide services
For all International shipments other than shipments to the United States, air service is available, deliveries to major centres are generally made within 2-3 business days.
