They're the best in my book. A1 Shipping Services of Redding CA was fast, professional, and did everything in their power to make my car move from CA to Florida successful. I was very cautious going in, but the price was very competitive and the terms made sense, so I gave it a try. I was encouraged by how easy it was to work over the phone with Denise, Amy and the rest of the staff. The car was picked up within a day of placing the order. A1 was able to contact the driver en-route and he established contact when he got close to delivery. The car sustained a little bit of damage as it was brought off the truck. Denise attended to it and resolved it immediately. All in all, I couldn't imagine a more trouble-free process. Things happen after all. What matters is how it’s dealt with. A1 Shipping will definitely get my business in the future and my sincere recommendation.

This company is the best there is. Being a dealer, I have worked with numerous other shipping companies, but this company stands out on top of all them. They not only offer great prices, but wonderful support. Their staff is very nice. Unlike some other companies, here you will get the best customer service I have ever seen. A1 must have wrote the first paragraph. We have experienced lies and no reponse to our emails. They still haven't found a carrier for my vehicle. We were told that it would ship 5 days ago after a week's lead time. Dispatch seems honest, sales will do anything for a commission.

I agree 100% with Bryan, either A1 wrote the good reviews on this page or they were holding a gun to someone's head. This by far has been the worst professional experience I've had with any business. My Truck was suppose to be shipped out last week, and they keep changing the day of pick up on me and the truck still has not been picked up, nothing but lies and deception. They won't return my calls when they promise to.
