We used this company to move to Spain. Our belongings were held in storage prior to our arrival in Spain with an agreement for them to be delivered when we found an apartment. When we contacted them to arrange removal of our goods we were advised that due to break in most of our goods had been stolen. They never bothered to advise us when this happened, only when we contacted them. The service provided was appalling and they refused to answer any of our phone calls. They then had the balls to demand full payment from us prior to delivering what was left. They ignored all solicitors letters and eventually we were compensated at a loss by their insurance company. This company has no idea about customer service or how to deal with their customers, they are unreliable and can only be described as a bunch of cowboys! (a comment made by one of their delivery men to us in Spain!) I would never recommend them to anyone. Please beware of them.

I too had a bad experience with this company and found the owner extremely aggressive and unhelpful. They did not deliver our furniture on time, in fact we sat in an empty house for 3 days before they decided to turn up and even then that was at 4pm in the afternoon. The delivery guys even asked my husband to help them empty the van. Overpriced and dodgy, don't even consider them!

I agree with the above! John (Called himself the Accounts manager) called by to discuss our move. He came across as experienced and informative offering me a 'no worries' service. What a liar!, after the problems I had with these rogues he was uncontactable and wouldn't come to the phone to speak to me. I had to deal with a Mr Yates, aggressive no all who wasn't interested and all he wanted was full payment for a worse than poor service! My belongings were damaged, lost and late. I was never advised not to pack jewelery, which I did, and never seen again. This company offers a very bad service with absolutely NO CUSTOMER CARE OR SERVICE. I have taken the matter to the Trading Standards.
