A complete mess instead of 7 to 28 days
looks like its going to be a minimum of
10 weeks.
No person will comit them selves Mr. R. O'Riordan is on holiday told he is the only person who can sort it out , back tomorrow. Will speak to him and will report back as to result.

The service was bad from the get-go. I should have known to be wary when they failed to send me the promised text messages telling me what time the driver would arrive to pick up my boxes. I called them instead and discovered at the last minute the driver would arrive later that day. I took time off work to be there, but the driver arrived earlier in the morning when I was still working. I was told I would have to pay a fee to schedule another pick up. Eventually another pick up was organized and the shipping was sent from London to Sydney.
Unfortunately they lost my boxes somewhere in London and they have no record of them having arrived at the warehouse so I'm still waiting nearly a year later... Do not ship with 1st Contact/ Anglo Pacific!!
